📦 Shipping Times

I pack and send all orders from the UK. UK orders usually arrive within 3–5 working days.
International orders (including the US, Australia, and Europe) typically arrive within 1–3 weeks, depending on your location and postal services.

🌎 International Orders & Customs Fees

Please note that if you live outside the UK, your order may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes, once it reaches your country.

These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are set by your local customs authority, I unfortunately have no control over them.

The customer is responsible for paying any such fees to release their parcel. I recommend checking with your local postal or customs office if you’d like to know more before ordering!

Returns & Exchanges

Because each of Lamb's vintage items are one of a kind, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind.

That said, we want you to love your purchase!
If an item arrives faulty or not as described, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll do our best to make it right. 💛
